Summary (English)
The 2002 excavations in fact completed the research in sections SI/98 and SI/99 (the Gaeto-Dacian level). To the west of these locations, the excavations reached the Early Byzantine level in the area S/2002. Outside the fortress walls, we found a stone wall, which could be part of a passage between the bridge built during Emperor Constantine’s reign and the main gate of the fortress.
