Summary (English)
The archaeological excavations from 2003 took place in the area of the Roman-Byzantine fortress of Sucidava. In this fortress we found walls of some old construction from the Early Byzantine period. Outside the fortress, near the gate, a complex of walls was found, which could represent an element of the bridge, which was probably used for crossing.
