Summary (English)
The archaeological research took place in the archaeological site of Apulum, in the north-east area of the Roman town of colonia Aurelia Apulensis. In the past this area was largely modified by human intervention; the cultural layer belonging to the Roman period was largely destroyed. During the 1970’s and 1980’s, this area was a sort of waste pit. Afterwards, the terrain was destined to the construction of residential buildings or for agriculture.
