During the 2004 campaign (the second excavation campaign conducted on the occasion of the restoration works at the Castle) at Apor Castle in Turia we opened up seven trenches that shed light on the following parts of the construction: the cellar, walls, loggia, porch, and the elements of the entrance to the castle. The stage of the current excavation gives the opportunity to uncover another entrance to the castle, located in the cellar or on the ground level.
