Following the archaeological survey performed last year in the Braşov – “Bâtca” area, on a presently forrested teracce, a setlement belonging to the Schneckenberg culture was identified. Two sondages were made and they revealed the remains of a surface house rich in artefacts belonging to the B phase of the Schneckenberg culture, based on the pottery typology. Also on the slope of the terrace a collapsed stone dry wall was identified, later than the Schneckenberg habitation.
