The second campaign completed the excavation of the ‘House with the ramp’, whose overall extension (23 × 38 m) turned out to be greater in length than previously thought, for a total surface area of 874 m2. While the western part (completely exposed in the 1990s) was on level ground, in the eastern sector the rooms were constructed in such a way that they compensated for the slight changes in level on the natural slope (between 90 and 160 cm). The rooms comprising the eastern end of the building (in particular room beta, where the collapses were completely removed) revealed the presence of a substantial number of pithoi for the storage of dry foodstuffs.

The large room delta, on the same axis as the courtyard and main entrance to the house, constituted a vast access area for room T at the north-eastern corner of the house on one side, and on the other side for a symmetrical room epsilon situated in the south-eastern corner. The eastern end of the house probably faced onto a crossroads, filled in the town’s final phase by a building with unsubstantial walls (room alpha).
