Summary (English)
ARCHAEOLOGICAL EXPLORATIONS NEAR THE VILLAGE OF ZAGORSKO (Boyan Dumanov – bdumanov@nbu.bg) The site was registered during field surveys carried out in 2000. Sherds of the 3rd – 4th centuries AD were found. In 2007, an area of c. 10 500 sq. m was checked by sondages. The finds include building ceramic, a few flint artifacts, corroded iron objects and sherds. The materials were transported in the course of a long-lasting landslide along the slope and no archaeological structures were discovered.
