Summary (English)
PLISKA (Hristina Stoyanova – hstoqnova@abv.bg) Rescue excavations in the southwestern part of the Outer Town of Pliska were carried out on an area of 2520 sq. m along the route of a modern road, 340 m long. Single sherds, fragments from bricks and animal bones were found. The sherds dated to the 10th century AD. Two walls built of stones were documented. The site probably was a settlement that existed for a short period in the 10th century AD.
