Summary (English)
Vast hilly area on which were found the remains of a Roman villa, a necropolis, and cultivation canals probably related to an ancient vineyard.
The remaining elements of the agricultural systems include terracotta tubing and a basin covered with cocciopesto.
The investigation of the much-damaged cappuccina tombs of the necropolis show that they were in use from the Imperial age through the 6th-7th century AD. A Republican phase of the necropolis is testimonied by a cinerary urn in tufo traced back to the first half of the 3rd century BC.
