In the village of Ceplea – Plopşoru, Gorj county, we partially investigated a settlement from the Late Bronze Age (the Verbicioara V-th phase according to D. Berciu). Here we discovered fine fabric sherds. We also discovered pottery and sherds with alveolate and notched ornaments made of rough fabric.
