The rescue excavations took place before the restoration of the house. The excavations uncovered the foundation of the walls showing that the place was divided into two courts and gardens in the 18th century. The 18th century well for draining was located in the garden. The modern building covered the foundation of a mediaeval precinct and of the mediaeval house. The mediaeval construction took fire. The traces of the first mediaeval constructions were also uncovered. They date to the 13th and 14th centuries.
