This settlement, identified in October 2003, is situated on the right bank of a Paleolithic river-bed at the point where today the Dugale Gambino canal runs, between via Garibaldi and the Sabbionetana road, west of the hamlet of Breda Cisoni.
The surface finds can be dated to a late phase of the Middle Bronze 2 and the Late Bronze Age.
Recently a new residential area was built close to the site, therefore it is possible that the part of the settlement now visible constitutes only a part of its actual extension. Roman remains were identified on the edge of the prehistoric site.
This settlement is situated between those of Sabbioneta and Commessaggio and together they show the well defined distribution pattern of the Bronze Age sites along the Paleolithic river-bed. (Antonio e Sergio Anghinelli)
