During this season the excavations continued in the eastern quarries of the city of Bylis. A sondage undertaken in the first quarry revealed successive phases of usage. The data provided from the sondage helped to understand the different phases of use and the extension of the quarry. In the first platform of the quarry, traces of its utilizations were visible on the surface. The sondage area was extended on a surface of 20m2 revealing marks of the grooves, cleavage or fractures and signs of the taken block of stones. The quarry was continuously used, but its last three phases of utilization are more visible and date to the Late Roman period.
