  • Central Greece
  • Euboea
  • Karystos

Summary

  • Prior to their work, very little was known about Southern Euboea, but they have since discovered over 200 new sites, including 128 on the Paximadhi Peninsula, which is one of the largest continuous areas surveyed in Greece. They used a multidisciplinary approach to reconstruct the diachronic relationship between the people and the environment.
