Summary (English)
In the so-called Protocasa del Centauro it has been established that the fauces were flanked to the south by two small rooms. These spaces can probably be identified as a repositorium (or porter’s lodge) and a stairway to the upper floor. Excavations were extended in the Corinthian atrium opened at No.5, where several rooms belonging to an earlier house dating to the beginning of the 2nd century B.C. were identified.
