Summary (English)
Substantial stretches of the basalt paving of a side road leading off the ancient via Campana (the modern via Viticelle) came to light during preliminary excavations for the construction of a sewer. A cistern, a perfectly preserved columbarium and a small lacus, relating to a press belonging to a rustic complex abandoned between the 3rd-4th century A.D., were discovered along the road.
