Summary (English)
ARCHAEOLOGICAL EXPLORATIONS NEAR THE VILLAGE OF VIDRARE (Tatyana Borisova – tatqna_borisova@abv.bg, Mihaela Zaneva) The first tumulus was situated in the locality of Petrovets and was 2 m in height and 12 m in diameter. No archaeological material and structures were found in the tumulus. The second tumulus was situated in the locality of Kamanaka and was 1.15 m in height and 8 m in diameter. There was a stone Christian votive cross in its eastern end. An ellipsoid mound of boulders, 6.40 m by 4.90 m in size, was discovered under the earthen layer. Two Thracian silver earrings dated to the 5th century BC were found in the eastern part of the mound. No burial construction was discovered in the tumulus.
