What is the connection between the village, camp and city? Is the El Manach hill the site of the camp of legio VI Ferrata? How many legionaries were posted at the Roman military camp there? How does the size of the military camp compare to those in western Europe? What characterizes the Roman road-building in the area? Do the aqueducts indicate the site of the legionary camp? What do the burial methods indicate about the social, cultural and ethnic affiliations of the deceased?
